2025 Summer Series
Throughout July and August, TAP is hosting mock interviews, resume and cover letter support sessions, portfolio reviews, guest speakers, studio visits, and a zine swap!

Career Lab
Alumni can participate in mock interviews for potential roles at an organization of their choice or receive resume and cover letter support. You choose!
Sessions are hosted virtually by TAP’s Industry Outreach Advisor, Cat Gulácsy, and Career Placement Coordinator, Esther Okunrounmu.
Session length = 20 minutes
Guest Speakers
This 4-session series showcases exciting roles within the world of animation, games and VFX. Each session, we’ll introduce a different career path and hear from industry professionals about their own unique journeys. Whether you are just starting out or exploring the next chapter of your career in the industry, this is a great way to learn more about the creative roles that shape these worlds. We hope to see you there!
Portfolio Review
This is a 2-part opportunity, and you can choose to participate in one or both!
Part 1 - Monday, August 11th, 3:00-5:00pm (IN-PERSON):
Receive portfolio and WIP feedback from TAP’s Industry Outreach Advisor, Cat Gulácsy, in the TAP office. This can be used as preparation for Part 2.
Part 2 - TBD (VIRTUAL)
Join a virtual curated panel of conversations, where Lizzy Dolce and others discuss their roles as Recruiters and Talent Managers, and address your thoughtful questions. Alumni will be broken into Breakout Rooms, where you can share your portfolio or WIP, and receive feedback from the panelists. This is a virtual event.
Space is limited and alumni will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
ZINE SWAP @ TAP
Share snacks, music, and your art (in a really casual way, we promise!) at the TAP Alumni Zine Swap!
Wednesday, August 6th, 4:00-7:00pm, TAP Office (291 Broadway, Room 709)
Space is limited and alumni will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Open Studio @ TAP
TAP Alumni are welcome to use the TAP office and computers (including the Adobe suite and tablets) when no other programs are running! Spots are limited to 12 at a time and times are dependent on staff availability. Sign up below for a time you plan on stopping by. Any changes to open studio time availability will be noted in the hours for that day, so keep an eye out for notes highlighted in yellow. Hope to see you around!
