Warmlines That Avoid Police
Warmlines, in contrast to hotlines, do not require someone to be in crisis to contact them. They exist to offer emotional support, guidance, and understanding, and are usually staffed by trained volunteers or peers who have experienced similar issues. Always remember to ask a warmline or hotline about their policies.
